Content rules and reports

Version 1 · 13 October 2026

Soshally hosts the portfolios its users publish on ugc-club.com. This page explains what is not allowed, how to report illegal content and what we do, under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act.

Point of contact

For users, the authorities of European Union countries and the European Commission: anamaria@soshally.es. Languages: Spanish and English.

What is not allowed

Content that is illegal or encourages crime; that infringes other people's rights (intellectual or industrial property, image, honor, privacy or personal data); that is sexually explicit or sexualizes minors in any way; that is hateful, violent, harassing or discriminatory; that is misleading (impersonating another person or brand, or making up collaborations, reviews or figures); or that contains viruses, malware or spam. The full list is in the Terms of service, section 13.

How to report

Use the form on this page (the "Report content" link at the bottom of every portfolio), whether or not you have an account, or email anamaria@soshally.es with the subject "Content report". Your report must include:

  • why you believe the content is illegal;
  • exactly where it is: the portfolio address and the section, photo or video;
  • your name and email (not needed if the report concerns child sexual abuse);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that what you say is accurate and complete.

What we do

  • We confirm receipt.
  • A person reviews it, without automated systems, diligently, objectively and without undue delay.
  • We inform you of our decision and how to appeal.
  • If we remove content, deactivate a portfolio or suspend an account, we explain it to the person who published it: what we did, the facts, the law or term that was broken, and how to appeal.
  • If we suspect a crime that threatens someone's life or safety, we report it to the police immediately.

Appealing a decision

Anyone who disagrees with a decision (the person who reported or the person who published) can appeal within 6 months by replying to the email in which we notified them. A person reviews it again and we inform them of the outcome. They can also go to court or to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body.

Abusive reports

If someone frequently sends reports that are clearly unfounded, we may stop processing their reports for a reasonable period, after warning them. The same applies to anyone who frequently publishes clearly illegal content.

This text is a translation: if the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

Report content

If a portfolio has something illegal or that shouldn’t be there, tell us where it is and why.
